The doctor is very nice and considerate, and she even adjusted the cost that was not covered by my insurance company.

Dr. Baxter (Barbara), Jessica (Hygenist) and the rest of the crew are very friendly to me. More importantly, they have been very careful and responsible with respect to my dental treatment. Jessica did SRP for three quadrant of my teeth, and I can tell she has been extremely diligent, meticulous and willing to go the distance to make sure that the jobs were done properly. Dr. Baxter did a crown as well as SRP of one quadrant of my teeth, plus anesthesias needed. She was careful, meticulous and responsible in performing her job. In addition, the lady who did the temporary crown for me was also competent and skillful. I have to tip my hat to the people working for this dental clinic. Their equipment appears to be state-of-art and adequate. As far as the fees are concerned, they have been transparent, and sofar I have never been overcharged. In short, I am very satisfied with their professionalim that Dr. Baxter and her crew have displayed.

About Hygienist: Jessica, the pretty hygenist is careful, gentle and meticulous. She did SRP for three quadrant of my teeth, and I can tell she has been extremely diligent, meticulous and willing to go the distance to make sure that the jobs were done properly. She is also very patient in terms of wiling to answer the questions that i have. Anyway, I can't say enough of how good she is.

She's not overly friendly (not unfriendly, just not talkative), but she's extremely professional and efficient. Her staff is very friendly and make you feel at home at at ease.

About Hygienist: I don't remember her name, but the few she was friendly and personable, and allayed the concerns I had.

I switched to Dr. Baxter about two years ago because I switched employers and it would have cost me an arm and a leg to continue seeing my previous dentist (Dr. Maeise) who did not participate in any dental insurance plans. Dr. Baxter practices in the same office as her father Dr. George Baxter in the same office. However, since she is not as established she accepts some dental insurance including Aetna, Delta Dental and Metlife unlike her father. The bottom line is that I pay very little after insurance with Dr. Baxter. I was really shocked when at my first visit she actually cleaned my teeth. I didn't even know any dentist did that. She said she liked to do it for the first visit for all patients so she doesn't forget how to and also so she can get a better look at the patients teeth than she would with the usual examanition. The very pleasant surprise is that Dr. Baxter's office is all computerized which is more than I can say of previous dentists. When I mean computerized I'm not just talking about billing and records, everything including the x-rays and notes from previous visits is available at a computer in every examination room. Overall Dr. Baxter is an EXCELLENT dentist who accepts insurance. A++++

I was so pleased to have the a dentist to my cleaning! She was professional and friendly, but did not attempt to make my visit a social call, which drives me crazy. She seemed to have sophisticated equipment, a very comfortable system for taking x-rays, etc. I was in an out in 45 minutes. Overall, a great experience.

I had a great experience with Dr. Baxter. She is super friendly and really seemed to care about my oral health. I was there for just a simple teeth cleaning, but I'm going back in a few days to have a very old cavity refilled. She explained everything to me in simple terms and we examined my xrays together, which is something I've never had a dentist do with me. The front desk staff were a bit aloof in their manner, but did take care of my insurance with no hassles at all. (I can't actually comment on cost as my insurance took care of the cleaning at no charge to me. I put "moderate" figuring that was the most neutral response.)

Dr. baxter was quick and efficient, yet still very thorough and clear about what was going on. She also had some great technology to show me what she saw and talk me through the visit. Lastly, she seemed very knowledgable, which eased my "new dentist" anxiety and made for a great visit.

Dr. Baxter herself did my cleaning. She was extremely informative and even took pictures of my teeth with a special digital camera to show me problem areas. Bottom line: the best dental experience I've ever had!
