Dr. Crisafulli is knowledgeable and caring. He explained everything to me clearly and was happy to answer all of my questions. Unlike a lot of doctors, he didn't seem like he was rushed to move on to the next patient; he spent time listening to my concerns.
When I told him that the treatment he recommended for me was way too expensive, he discussed alternatives with me. [The treatment would not have been done by Dr. Crisafulli, but by an oral surgeon.]
He gave helpful and specific advice to treat all of my concerns and he never seemed judgmental about things like how I need to floss more often.
What really makes Crisafulli a wonderful dentist is that he goes above and beyond. For example, he took time to carefully research and write down an outline of a treatment plan for me, including what would be done at each visit and how much each thing would cost based on my insurance. This valuable information was given to me the next day, as promised.
The receptionists at Dr. Crisafulli's office aren't so great. When I came in for my most recent appointment, I stood at the counter for quite awhile before any of them even acknowledged me. The hygenists, though, are excellent - especially Tara, who is friendly and understanding
