I've known Dr. Betancur for 5 years. Since the first time I went to his office he was very nice, he gave me a free dental checkup and cleaning. Later on I had to get a root canal and I was really scared because I know those can be very painful, I didn't feel anything!!! and it was really fast. He knew I didn't have dental insurance and root canals can be very expensive, he charged me half of the original price. I'm was really grateful. I will always recommend him!!
About Hygienist: I did my cleansing with Claudia, she is the Best really. I felt very comfortable with her since the first day, her presence is amazing. She is polite and very nice. She really took her time to clean every single one of my teeth I felt great after.

horrible experience!!! I would never recommend this dental facility. Dr. bentacour is very money hungry & is not truthful. He tells you all the good stuff you want to
hear to reel you in. once the braces are on things change. He told me my daughters braces would take 1year which was unheard of to me. But he assured me of the special braces he provides no other dentist provides. Here we are almost 5 years later. And every other month he adds a new fee for anything he can think of. he's a crooked person that can't be trusted. If I could do this process all over again. I would never go here!! I feel trapped here!! I can't wait until this process is over with!! since I been there he had 3 different orthodontist work on my daughter. they quit & go somewhere else. I guess it's that bad to work with me. again I do not recommend him, he over charges you, he's rude, and when you confront him about the situation he yells loud at you & argues with you. This man has no morals or respect for his clients. he's in the wrong business!!

I will never recommend this doctor to anybody, his is only interested is how much your insurance can pay, totally dispointed !

I was initially told my teeth will get fixed with braces. He said I only needed them for a year or so. I was paying out the pocket for everything, over $5000 for the treatment. I would pay for my braces during every visit to the dentist. As soon i had the plan paid off i was told that i needed surgery because the braces were not enough. Til this day i have not hear from them asking me to come in to have my braces removed. I am very disappointed. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I had the pleasure to be introduced to Dr. Betancur office almost a year ago.
The first time I went was for an overall check up which I havent done in a while.
The staff was exceptional. They helped me fill my insurance information and was actually seen exactly on the time of my appointment.
Later that year I got all my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Betancur himself and not only the pain was minimal but also the recovery period was so small (I did it on a Friday and on Monday I was working again) that I only have to conclude that he did his job extremely well.
Since then I have been at least two other times for cleaning and everything has gone perfectly well. They even offered me lunch!
So overall everything has gone PERFECT and I hope I dont jynx it!

I would recommend anyone to Dr. Betancur. He is polite, friendly, and does his work very well and fast. The staff is attentive, have easy going attitude and welcome you with smiles each and every time. My experiences at his offices have been very pleasant.

Extremely expensive and it seems like he makes treatment to last A LOT LONGER to charge you more, the wait in the office it's ridiculous. I decided to look for another Dr. when we began to spend 2 and 3 hours in his office, my husband said "I am not spending my days off here", so I looked and find not only a way better Dr. but, WAY CHEAPER! 50% cheaper than what he was charging me, $4000 for what my new Dr. charged me $2000. I kept going to him because he is Latin and I felt he was helping me YEAH RIGHT! My advice to you is before you commit with him, DO YOUR RESEARCH! Don't get into a service that could cost you twice as much some place else!. I do have to say that he has a very good staff to bad that they are not working for a better Dr. I am so glad my husband complain not only we saved a LOT OF MONEY but, I am now being seeing within 5 minutes of my arrival! LOVE MY NEW DR.!

Dr. Betancur is fantastic, no pain PO, best staff, very clean facilities, the price is average, the best dentist I have found ( I have tried many).
About Hygienist: Claudia, She is wonderful, very well manner and gentle, the cleaning is awesome.

Braces. They're going pretty great and i cant wait to get them off :) my teeth are looking amazing right now.

Dr. Betancur has worked with my family for 20 years.
He does all round dentistry including root canals, orthodontics
for my son and bone grafts for me prior to my getting implants.
He is highly trained and skilled and completely pain free.
Plus his staff includes many who are dentists themselves from Columbia. I can not be more positive about my dental experiences.
My dental hygienist is Claudia and she is very skilled and proficient...I get my teeth cleaned at least 3-4 times a year
All and all a very positive environment
