my regular dentist sent me to have dr hall examine a cracked tooth. she was very pleasant and fully explained what she was doing, what she found and why she was making the recommendation she did. her equipment was new. the office was bright and clean.

I had a root canal re-done at her office last fall. I was extremely pleased with the whole ordeal. The staff was courteous and professional. My appointments were right on schedule ~ no lengthy wait time. The equipment seemed state of the art and the office clean and bright. They took a great deal of care to make sure continuously that I was comfortable.... as well as following up after the procedure with me.
I would recommend Dr. Pena Hall to anyone needing endodontist services.

I had read the review of the previous and thought that my input would help a little. I had her redo a root canal as it seemed to be getting infected. She gave me a very complete diagnosis and then did the root canal. On the same tooth, it had taken another endodontist over two hours to complete it. It was a challenge because it was a molar. It took her about 45 minutes to perform the same operation, not that fixing my teeth is a race :). It immediately rectified the strange pain I had been feeling in my jaw and removed the metallic taste I had. They had needed several follow ups and she knew I was in a ton of pain. She had called several times to check on me and her staff was on point to follow up. She made her schedule more flexible as mine is already difficult. While she does have many degrees, mostly from Ivy League institutions, I think she's very proud of her achievements. I mean, who wouldn't be? I feel as though her skills reflect her achievements and that she's definitely one of the better endodontists out there. What I liked most, aside from her work, was that the dontic center is kind of like a one stop shop for your dentistry needs. I think they just moved into their facilities, so the equipment seems to be pretty new.
About Front Desk: I found the front desk staff to be professional and as I stated above, on point with following up with me. The only thing that I think was a negative was the higher than average cost of her work.

Dr Hall is arrogant and not concerned with the patient. She flaunts her Harvard degree as if that makes her infallable. She performed a root canal on a tooth that should have been extracted due to a crack in the root. Even though the tooth still hurt afterward, she claimed that it was not possible to still be hurting and instead of examing the failing in her own work, assumed I was trying to get unneeded pain medicine. Finally after years of problems including sinus issues due to the cracked tooth, the endontist here in Palm Beach Gardens reccommended extraction. He said that Hall should have known it was cracked b/c the issue arose after chewing on ice. Stay away from this woman!

Excellent care and service. they offered caring and knowledgable feedback throughout the procedure. They were accomodating and very thorough

Dr. Pena-Hall made getting a root canal about as pleasant as that could possibly be. Her professionalism and expertise helped ease the anxiety associated with such a procedure. I will highly recommend her to friends anf family.
