Best dentist and staff in the Cape! I wouldn't go anywhere else have been a patient for 10 years and feel like family.

I went to Dr luke for cosmetic work and i am really sorry i ever croos my way with this bussines and ghis dr. He did crown work on me. if u are thinking jn getting any type of treatment or coametic work with this Dr think again. This is the most unethical dr i ever came across. he and his wife , both make u believe he is the greates thing ever and is not like that. He has no control over himself to the point to yell and scream at you while you are receiving the treatment. He does not want to hear anything but that you love what he is doing to you. if you have any problems like i had with pain bite issues , etc he will not help you happilly,he did not help me to the point i had to go see another dr, pay another dr to take care of the problems dr luke caused me with his work. the answer from his wife to his disrespectfull manners is that his name is on the bussines. The result my crowns move, they had to b filled top and bottom because of the poor fit, i still have sensitivity and pain. I advised you not see this dr who told me he qouldn't get along with 20 percent of his patients and wouldn't see them again. He said to me he would put his ego aside to listen to me!hi he is not worry about his patient but his ego.

About Front Desk: They change front desk staff 3 times during the year i went to this office. they are trained to say hi is wonderful and repeat it again and again that was my impression

Recently i had some cosmetic work done by Dr luke, i am sorry to say this he shouldn't be called dr, if u are reading this and you are thinking on having work done by him, think again, this is the most unprofessional an unethical dr i have ever come across and i am really sorry i ended up with him. he and his wife work together to make you believe he is he greatest thing and it is not like that i had the most painful and unpleasant experienced with a man yelling at me saying my bleeding gums were a pain in his a.., a man that has no control over himself, that let me walk out of his office knowing I had pain and telling me he didn't know why. My bite was so off that after 2 k 3 weeks having pain i had to go see another dr and paid another doctor to try to make it better and i am still in pain a month and a half later. He admitted he didn't get alone with 20 percent of his patients and he wouldn't see them again, that is why they say "they always welcome new patients" , and the reason why they send u first visit free w x ray etc. here i am after spending over 5000 dollars in pain with a crown that has indentations in one side, pain and having to pay some body else to help me because my dr decided his ego is to big to take care of

About Front Desk: His wife controls front desk and in the most unprofessional way all she has to say about his aggressive behavior is that his name is on the business and that hi has his days so u not only have to worry about your dental problems but also if thi is a good day for him or not. it took them 4 days to answer my message about pain, after i had a mayor dental work they never call me to check on me after my gums were bleeding profusely at the time i had crowns put in. It was a horrible service.

Unfortunately, I have to tell all future patients of Dr. Luke. Wrong diagnosis, sloppy job and poor service by the way very tight service times. I am now at another dentist, who first made ??cleaning up everything that was screwed up by Dr. Luke and his team.
