She is great. I had two root canals on the same day. She walked me through everything. She did a great job. Very through.

Very caring, friendly, skilled and reassuring doctor. She did an amazing job on my root canal, explained to me the whole procedure and made sure to follow up on me several times after the procedure. I would recommend her to anybody.
Price is not that cheap but because I had an insurance it was not too painful on my wallet.

I was referred to Dr. Heinsen for a root canal repair. Dr. Heinsen is competent, kind and caring. She has a gentle touch and is a great communicator. She takes the time to make her patients feel comfortable and to explain the procedure. Her staff is equally professional and helpful. The entire process was pain free with the help of local anaesthetic. I would highly recommend her to friends or family.

Outstanding "chairside" manner; exceptionally concerned about patient care. Explains things clearly and honestly. Accommodates emergencies. She is a true professional WITH a big heart.

I dreaded the root canal, since everyone told me how painful it would be. I absolutely detest dental work. However, Gretchen was amazing. I can honestly say it was virtually painless! She did an outstanding job, very gentle and calming in nature. I was totally impressed and have told countless people about her over the past few years.

Dr. Heinsen is a fabulous, highly skilled endodontist and does gentle, wonderful work. Unfortunately, my experience with her office staff on several occasions was less than stellar and was unpleasant enough to warrant finding another practioner who was more accessible and responsive.
