Dr. Christoph is an excellant dentist. All of his procedures have been performed just fine. I have had crowns, night guards and other standard checkups. Now for the bad part. Cost is extremely high and deceptive. It took several months of fighting with the office help to get a refund that was owed to me. Office personnel are friendly but office system is terrible. Sometimes takes several months to get appointment, and most times appointments are extremely late. Lately they have been pushing what I think is unnecessary work such as deep cleanings. They tell my wife and kids they always need deep cleanings although they take good care of their teeth. The main problem seems to be in the management team/office, greedy. and insensitive towards the patients concerns.
