About Front Desk: Front desk was good,But the supposed wife along with the supervisor running the office very poor.Threw me out and threatened to call the cops and did not want me to even to come back and speak to the actual dentist Juan that I thought at that time was nice and would not be a problem.They cancell appointments and they expect you to rush in on short notice because somebody did not show up or basically cancels in short notice.They have no regard for your time.If you have kids I definitely suggest somewhere else. Never again! I am a proffessional in the medical field and I will never even think of treating a patient so unethical and unprffessional. . BEWARE for the supervisor and the supposed wife Mrs Garcia.Really unproffesional and I do not like to be threatened or force to do something I do not agree with for me or my children.Very poor service and there is no customer service skills what so ever from this supervisor and his wife. My kids missed a day of school for nothing,no regards for people's time what so ever. Get ready for your appointment to be cancell and them calling you the day before to get you in there so they do not miss any appointments and then a different doctor is there,when you get there.first time in my life I got threatened with the cops,seriously! Unethical,unproffesional supervisor/Mrs Garcia supposively. Thank You,never again,do not force people to do things they do not want just to get pay more. Unethical?misleading office

About Hygienist: Did not know for the kids.Refused to do kids because I did not want ot get charge for a panaromic x-ray my kids did not need. They took a full mouth of x-rays,I guess paramic pays better obviously. Got thrown out of the office and the lady was on the phone calling for the cops.I told her to give me tha kids x-rays and not charge the insurance because she refused to give me the x-rays and said they will delete it .Horrible Hialeah service.Never again.Horrible supervisor had no regard for my time and what I had spoken to the dentist prior.
