Dr McCall and his hygenists are extremely nice and very customer friendly, however, his first impression people are extremely rude, have no professionalism and are very snooty, imagine a snooty secretary Huh... anyways unfortunately first impressions last a lifetime so we will not be back!
He needs to get rid of all the people up front and start again.. It is a shame!!

Dr McCall was thourough, made sure I undertstood my options and even gave me some alternative solutions that would save me money.
About Hygienist: The hygenist was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Even gave me a parrafin hand treatment while I got my teeth cleaned.

Never thought I'd say a visit to the dentist is like spa experiences. Not only are his offices beautiful, the staff and everyone is professional.
I've never had to wait, my appointment is always exactly the time period discussed, and I leave happy and smiling.
I don't know about the cost - as my dental insurance covers it all.

Highly Recommended. Very relaxing and makes you feel like you really are getting good treatment. He is very trained and his staff are very supportive. For the area, I guess the prices are pretty reasonable but I have insurance so not a whole lot out of my pocket.

Nice spa-like office, very pleasant. A little pricey though if not in your plans network.

He is a great guy. Extremely knowledgeable and very sincere. Dr. mcCall always makes sure that I am comfortable and when having to endure a procedure there is never any pain or discomfort. he always makes sure that I am comfortable. He is a real perfectionist and a great family man. There is no better Dentist or Dental Cosmetic Doctor in the State. James J McCall is the absolute best!!!

Dr. McCall's office is peaceful and very appealing. His staff is always very courteous and he is very caring. Always wanting to help his patients whenever he can! The new office is amazing, with a refrigerator when you go in, candles lit, the chairs are facing a lake view, tv's in the ceiling, and you get a warm cloth and a paraffin wax when your appointment is complete to make you feel destressed. Great little extra touches! I've had a root canal, crown, and many cleanings done here and have always been very satisfied with his work. Thanks Dr. McCall!
