Me and my daughters very first visit was great and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly, knowlegable and took their time to give us great service. Dr Rittenberg came and spoke with me on two different occasions and he took to explain everything answered my questions and never rushed me. I felt like I was apart of the family being there. Great dentist and service overall.. :)

About Front Desk: Even though the phones were ringing and they had other duties to perform they took their time and never rushed me.

Dr. Rittenberg is a great dentist. He always provides detailed treatment plans and options with the cost of each. He is very personable and friendly. DR Rittenberg is very caring and helpful with any questions or concerns. My son lives out of town and he still comes home to use DR Rittenberg as his dentist because he is unable to find a dentist as good and caring where he lives now. my son and I both have had fillings and preventive dental work by DR Rittenberg. We are delighted with the help the Doctor provides and the staff is great. we would recommend his office for all your dental needs.

About Front Desk: the reception desk is very professional and helpful. they provide detailed information on what cast will be and what amout insurance will pay. on occasion they have helped me obtain payment plans to cover large cost procedures. they alert when there is a need to move an appointment and when my next appointment is coming up. when I call with a problem they have given me great help whether it is related to my dental needs or having to change an appointment.

About Hygienist: i have had several hygienist in the 17 years of dental care. Erika, Paula, Nancy and even substitues have been great hygienist. They all have provided great care with great detail to painless cleaning and positive instructions for care to help us avoid problems. they are all friendly and and dedicated to helping us keep our teeth and gums clean and healthy.

Dr. Harrris Rittenberg is the most professional Dentist in Jacksonville, Florida. It is very important to know this too. Dr. Rittenberg takes care of our Veterans. The staff and care is the best. I love each and everyone of them. My teeth were without care until I met Dr. Rittenberg. I would never go anywhere else. They make you feel like Family. I have a girlfriend I sent there and our son in law. They were so pleased that they will Never go anywhere else. If you want Professional Care with good prices and a family type atmosphere then Dr. Rittenberg will take the best care of you. Also, you feel no pain and he has the nicecest personality as well as his Professional Staff. I thought about him yesterday as he care for Our Military Veterans and that means everything to me. Dr. Rittenberg and his staff are the best . You will never find people who care like they do. They are all so sweet and very careing when it come to your needs. You can relax as they are all Professionals and your complete satisfation is thier goal. Dr. Rittenberg has a 1st class staff. You will not find anyone who will care for you and give you the satifaction they will. I highly recommend Dr. Rittenberg and his wondeful staff. I brought my husband in as he is a Korea War Veteran. Billy & I feel like it is a honor and a Blessing to now have a Dentist & staff that we can call Family! Mr. & Mrs. Billy Garland

A wonderful talented dentist! The office is convenient with a very talented and personable staff. Has all of the latest technology available. Highly recommended!

Great Dentist who cares. Takes persoal interest in patients. Always see patient on each visit even if only cleaning is done by staff.
