Very complete! I felt like I was in good hands. I have major work ahead of me and I am glad Dr Kessler will be doing the work.
About Hygienist: Most thorough teeth cleaning I have ever gotten bar none. I doubt there is one iota of plaque left on them and it was all done by hand. No sand blasting!

Very friendly and caring. I highly recommend him. Front Desk isn't the best, and the atmosphere definitely needs updating, BUT what matters most to me is a knowledgeable and gentle dentist...Dr. Kessler is just that.
About Hygienist: Joanna was very pleasant and did a great job! She has quickly become my favorite.

Dr. Kessler and his staff are wonderful. All the staff are alway pleasant and seem to all enjoy their work and enjoy working with each other. I think that it is important that they have this rapport because it puts the patient at ease. I have had alot of work done over the last several years including crowns and they have all been easy to work with. Some of the employees have been there a long time so you know it must be a great place to work. Dr. Kessler is easy going and likes to chat and joke around. He is professional but in a laid back kind of way. I have recommended him to others and I found him by way of a co-worker that recommended him to me.

Dr. Kessler is indifferent to the pain that his patients suffer. I went to him with a pain between my lower two molars and he took an x-ray and failed to see a cavity close to a filling. As a result of his incompetence, he told me I had no cavity and he referred me to a peridonist and when the peridonist sent me back to him saying I had no gum problems and told Dr. Kessler to take another look at the dark area by the filling in the x-ray, Dr. Kessler ignored the peridonist and then sent me to a endocist. The endocist, Dr. Cervone, told me I may need a root canal under the two teeth but sent me back to Dr. Kessler and told him to take out the filling and look around for a cavity. When Dr. Kessler did that he finally found the cavity. I endured three or more months of pain from a cavity because of his incompetence. When I told him I was in pain and needed to see him right away the last time, he said all his patients were in pain and that meant nothing and was no reason to see me any sooner. Go to this dentist at your own risk!

Really, THE best! The staff at his office are always pleasant, responsive, concerned...just really good people. Dr Kessler knows his stuff. He doesn't pressure people into unnecessary work. He has after hours emergency procedures. Our family has been with him for many many years and recommend all our friends and family to him.
