I received a root canal that went by very fast and was pain free. dr. Iturralde made sure I was very comfortable and really cares about his patients. the price was reasonable and he took my insurance. I will definitely be going back.

Avoid like the plague. This dental office seems to have a systematic scheme to grossly overcharge the patients. I have dental insurance with established co-payments for each procedure, and the dental office is in the insurance network. The woman in charge of fiances tried to overcharge me more than $400. Her story is that they have their own prices, which are higher than the insurance co-payments. I got a statement from the dental office listing the procedures, the corresponding dental codes, and what they wanted to charge me. I sent the documents to my insurance. The insurance contacted the dental office, and the finance lady backed down and accepted the insurance co-payments. In my last visit to this dentist, I spoke with a patient in the waiting room and overheard another patient about being overcharged.

I have been a patient of Dr. Iturralde for years and I would recommend hm to anyone. I will go for a my six-month checkups and cleanings to him with my eyes closed (painless and comfortable). He's very nice and so are the hygienists and other staff. I hope this helps those who are looking for a good dentist.

I visited Dr. Iturralde for the first time yesterday, September 12, 2007. As soon as I walked into the office, I was pleasantly surprised that the usual dentist-office smell was **not** pungently draped in the air! I hate that smell!
Everybody was very nice, from the receptionist to the patient lady who took my x-rays, and of course, Dr. Iturralde.
As for the ratings, because I am covered by insurance, I did not know what to check-mark for pricing. I would not describe the "facilities" as a "health spa," but because that was the highest rating, I chose it. And, since this was my first visit, I have many more appointments to go before finishing up everything that I will need to have done. This is only the second time in my life (I am 45) that I look forward to my next visit.
I would recommend their services to anyone, especially those who are fearful of going to a dentist.

Dr Iturralde is an excellent dentist. My experience was relatively pain free and my teeth were absolutely gorgeous. I have a whole mouth full of crown and bridge work.
I live out of state now and other dentists I have seen in my new state ask me who did my past dental. They say they are so impressed and asking me because it is excellent, top of the line, quality, dental work.
And, Dr. Iturralde in one of the most personable and comfortable-to-be-around, dentists I have ever seen. If I could afford it I would travel to Miami to continue seeing him as my dentist.

I went in EARLY with an APPOINTMENT and after getting checked by the doctor was not given a cleaning because preference was given to a supposed CANCELLED appointment that walked in after him. We were extremely disappointed with this dentist's office and will not return for future services.
