I have to thank everyone in the office. I was super afraid of the dentist specially needles until I meet Dr Perez. He is great at what he does I had a broken molar for more than 5 years. He extracted the tooth and placed and implant the same day. I have to say that till this day I still don't remember when he gave the injection or when he pulled the tooth, he has great hands. I which I had met him before. I recommend everyone to visit his office. Thank you Dr Perez and staff!!

About Front Desk: The front desk is extremely helpful and very pleasant. They all have a lot of knowledge when it comes to the insurance. They both speak English and Spanish. Thank you Amy and Jenny for all the help that you both always give me.

About Hygienist: I've 2 hygienist and they are both great I love getting my teeth clean I look forward to my 6 months cleaning.

The way he treated my domestic partner was unprofessional and unnecessary I had explained to him that my partner suffers from panic attacks from needles. he would need to explain Word for Word what is going to happen so she does not suffer a panic attack, when he did not explain about the needle and try to sneak it (not kidding hide it from her) in she pushed him away and the needle away and he was shocked. Like i didn't warn him. he express his ignorance by and i quote "i can't work like this" you need to grow up. We left after that. (this was for filling fyi)

About Front Desk: Great people who understand what customer service means. All good People. maybe if they had a different "dr". this place would be better

About Hygienist: The hygienist somehow understood what the "dr" didn't. The hygienist explain as she did everything. My partner never cried once or had a panic attack. even though their was pain.

My entire family loves Dr Perez! and his staff.. We have seen his practice grow ..They are all very friendly,understanding,clean,extremely professional... ...He talks to me,to help me relax, about the procedure and other topics while working on my mouth and I wish I can answer him back!!!:)))) The office is comfortable,they have parking on the rear ,close to main roads and the expressway... The staff speaks English and Spanish... I highly recommend it!

Excelent dentist. The best I know so far. Very decent, polite and good service. It is expensive but worth it.

Very patient and professional dentist. Always willing to walk you through the required dental work to be done and answer all your questions. I had a root canal done and the procedure was not painful and it was quite affordable.
