Charming individual, good sense of humor, great attitude, but difficult to schedule. Half of the time I get a phone call in the morning at 7 a.m. that I will have to reschedule as he can't come in for some reason that day. His office staff work with my insurance company and I appreciate that. He is great at numbing my mouth when I have a filling or other treatment is needed.
