I used to like Dr. Moesching until my last 4 visits whereby I had the side of my mouth cut and took over a month to heal, had a new crown fall out in less than 24hrs, had my tongue cut, and the last visit for 3 fillings I had one of the fillings fall out in less than 24 hrs. I asked for a partial refund on last visit and was told he would give me a full refund. 2 months later still did not have refund and then was told that I and my insurance company had to sign a release before refunds would be made to us. Release said that we were not allowed to discuss any part of my visits with anyone or we would be liable for suit from them. I was not allowed to talk to anyone about my visit and what happened. I told them to keep their money and kept a copy of the release they wanted me to sign. Good Luck if you decide you did not get good service and want your money back! I am a healthcare professional and if any of my patients were dissatisfied with the care they received I would offer an apology and a full refund. I never even received an apology.
