Dr. Hart is a very down to earth guy, he makes you feel very at ease and explains things in a very simple terms so i could understand, he was very understanding in my fears of pain and warned me before he started, he does a great job and i have now brought my family over to them, my wife and daughter love them as well
About Hygienist: the hygienists ladies are all very nice and professional, they talk to you not like other places where they talk to everyone else while you laying there with your mouth wide open, i can only say it was a nice experience (as much as going to the dentist can be)
