I had pulled an old filling out while flossing, and went into this office to have it repaired, using a coupon from the paper (not always the best way to choose a dentist). While they did get me in right away, I felt rushed thru the process. The initial dentist (not Dr Behar), looked in my mouth, said yep, we needed to fill the tooth, and sent in Dr Behar. The filling still feels rough....
I had another appointment scheduled a month later (again using a coupon for a "low cost" exam and xrays), which I missed due to having confused which week the appointment was. I called the next week because I had in the meantime broken off a temp crown. I was not able to be seen that day, nor even the next week - but again it was going to take a month (I did get a call telling me that they had had a cancellation the next week).
The experience was not as bad as it might have been, but it wasn't stellar either. The facilities were a bit crowded (the bathroom is used for storage), and the equipment was very well used.
The cost was reasonable, for what I got, and did not exceed the estimate. As I have no dental insurance (I have a discount dental plan now) I was paying out of pocket for the entire thing, and this was known.

receptionists are very rude and contradicting. During last procedure they suggested that I pay out of pocket and I will get reimbursed later for proceedure. Turns out now that I will NOT get reimbursed for what I paid.
