Wonderful bed-side manner. Very detailed and kind. It was the best "dental" experience I've ever had. Highly recommend Dr. Sim!

I highly recommend Dr. Sim. Unfortunately, I have had to see him more often than I would like due to bad dental genes that run in my family. I love Dr. Sim's demeanor despite my aggravating dental issues. He is realistic and sympathetic. He is very thorough with explaining pros and cons even though it may mean that a procedure could prove to be unsuccessful. He has a wonderful manner about him and tries to calm the patient as he is very sensitive to a patient's anxieties. His office staff is fantastic as well, particularly Renita who is a ray of sunshine. I likely would have given treatment success four-stars had it not been for my bad gums despite the most aggressive of preventative measures! If you have to see an endodontist, Dr. Sim is the guy to see.

I just had two root canals done by Dr. Sim and am very happy with the service I received. I came across Dr. Sim by chance, since he was one of several endodontists recommended by my regular dentist and I chose him over the others simply because he happened to have a short term cancellation where he could fit me in. This worked out very well for me, though :-) Dr. Sim turned out to be very friendly and professional at the same time; taking time to talk and listen (!!) to me upfront while discussing my treatment plans and options. The actual procedure (incl. x-rays and anesthetic) took about 2 hours and was to my big surprise pretty much pain free (!!). Although keeping your mouth open for such a long time is obviously not the most comfortable posture, but that is just due to the nature of the procedure. The overall facilities are good and the front desk staff is friendly. They checked coverage upfront with my insurance and gave me a clear breakdown of total cost and insurance coverage before commencing the procedure. A clear thumbs up from me.

Dr. Sim is wonderful!! He explains things so thoroughly so the patient really understands what the procedure will entail. I've had numerous root canals at his office and I have been extremely satisfied!

I HATE going to the dentist but this guy makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed it's absolutely amazing. I walked in and they took me in as a new patient and I was in a chair within an hour. I thought the procedure was going to be the worst but it turned out being one of the easiest dental visits I've ever had. I highly recommend everyone who needs any work to go to this dentist!

So patient and kind I wanted to cry. I was very intimidated going into the office, but left pain free, relieved, educated and relaxed. Everyone at this office is amazing. Very affordable for such high quality care too!
