I received treatment fpr an infected tooth.After the initial treatment {root canal} I returned twice for follow up after 6 months and 1 year.Everything turned out well.Dr. Baldassano explained everything well and answered all of my questions.He knows his job and does it well.The staff treated me well.Overall it was a good experience and I give Dr. and his staff 4 stars.

This guy is like a parody of a professional. So is the whole operation. VERY expensive. He did what my dentist told him to do. But he was ill tempered. Receptionist and nurses awful awful awful. Mean spirited, testy, and rude. Unprofessional. Receptionist is exceptionally incompetent. Maybe he works well with some but the other patients in the waiting room told me they were not coming back. Have to wonder - how do businesses like this stay open? Recommend you stay away.

Both of my Root Canals were pain free and no complications. On both occasions, I had new Crowns...Crowns are not cheap. Dr. Baldassano minimizes costs and additional re-doing the Crowns by working on the new Crowns without removing them....this is an important point...he does his best to minimize patient costs. This also greatly reduces additional time spent at my primary dentist to re-do Crowns. I highly recommend him to anyone in this area needing treatment. His procedures include two follow-up appointments to make sure healing 's occurred. I've had no complications and am extremely please with him, his friendly and efficient staff and both outcomes. He's a skilled and caring doctor....I will definitely go back to him if I need care.

About Front Desk: Maria (manager) is very helpful with insurance questions. Coca (De. Baldassano's assistant ) handles patient x-ray's and patient "set-up" is really good. they both do a great job!

My treatment was exceptional. I was in a great deal of pain, and Dr. Baldassano came in on his day off to treat me. He was very informative while making me feel safe with the procedure. He made sure that I was not in pain, and walked me through the steps. I am very thankful to him for his diligent work. I would recommend him to anyone that needs a root canal.

About Front Desk: Wonderful service by the receptionist. She was very kind, and helpful in scheduling a follow up. She also helped me with finding out about my insurance coverage for the procedure.

Dr. Baldassano worked on my tooth to save it when no other doctor thought it was possible. They all told me that I needed an implant. I still have the tooth today 10 years later. He explained the procedure thoroughly. His treatment was affordable, my insurance covered half of the cost.

About Front Desk: The receptionist was wonderful she helped me process my health insurance, and also checked to see when I was available for another appointment.

Dr. Baldassano was very thorough with his explanations. He made me feel very comfortable about every step of the procedure. There were no unpleasant surprises. He was diligent about my pain levels and keeping the procedure painless. I was completely comfortable in the dental chair. I have had four root canal jobs done with Dr. Baldassano each time with complete success. He has specialized equipment which makes the procedure go smoothly. His knowledge and skills are impeccable.

About Front Desk: The front desk greeted me with a hello and smile as I walked in. this happens every time I come by. They are always willing to explain any billing or scheduling questions I may have. The waiting room is comfortable and I never have to wait long.

My Experience: Sedation Dentistry / Anesthesia
