I first saw "Dr Gary" in early November for a bad tooth/swollen jaw. Right off the bat I was told I needed a cleaning ($99 that I paid; they didn't bill my insurance). Given an antibiotic and told to return in one week for 2 root canals/2 crowns. When I returned on Nov 18, Dr Gary did a partial root canal on 2 teeth, and then left the room aburptly. Office Manager returned to tell me I now needed a bridge, and that one tooth needed pulling. I paid ahead with 2 post-dated checks, and was set to return in 2 weeks. In those 2 weeks, I developed TWO further infections, with the last one so bad that I visited another dentist who told me he would NEVER crown or bridge the 2 teeth that he then extracted, as they were so infected ! He could not believe Dr. Gary had allowed me to keep 2 INFECTED teeth ! We are now moving toward a partial to replace those 2 teeth, and I am on 2 antibiotics to clear up this infection. RUN from Dr.Gary - He is incompetent, & Smile Design is about the money only!
