Excellent chairside manner; he treats me as though I am an intelligent person and is courteous to a fault. No ego problems. Kind and pleasant. No problems with front desk or hygenists. Everyone is nice. My insurance is accepted but his costs are always MORE than my insurance pays. I believe his costs are higher than the norm for all procedures including cleaning and checkup; crowns are very, very high. I am new to the area and like the guy so I have not looked elsewhere to find lower costs. Not the fanciest office, so I wonder where all the extra money is going. There are three dentists working in the office; from what I have heard, all are excellent. I have not had an emergency; my hope is, that if I do, three dentists are better than one for on-call situations.
