Both my wife and I were forced to walk out without service. I because i got some crap about broken machinery preventing my cleaning (after a month of waiting) and NOT ANY APOLOGY. I had to drive 15 miles to get there. My wife could not get an answer to what is covered under our insurance "until they get in there and find out what problems there are" - understandable BUT our insurance covers cleaning, x-rays and exam (like most guardian insurance plans preventative care.... this falls under exam.

About Front Desk: VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. VERYU RUDE. I believe that this office is out for JUST YOUR MONEY and could give 2 sh*ts about patients.
