DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. One of my fillings fell out (he seemed to have an attitude about it as if it was my fault he didn’t do his job right). I told his one of his staff members (which she was amazing) and she made BrIan Coleman aware of the situation. He never looked at my tooth to assess the situation, he just got his drill out and started drilling my tooth. Never once did he stop to explain or go over the procedure of what he’s doing and never numbed my tooth. It was the worst pain I ever experienced. Tears just kept rolling down my eyes it was so painful, I couldn’t even express myself the pain was so bad. NEVER ONCE DID BRIAN COLEMAN APOLOGIZE. He had a none caring attitude and kept it moving. I will never go back to this office if my mouth was on fire and he was the only dentist in the world. I will be canceling my daughter’s appointments, as well as my husband, and his co-workers. I will do my best to see that no one else goes through this. Please do yourself a favor and do not see this dentist, you will 100% regret it. Brian Coleman needs better bedside manners and more thoughtfulness for his patients.

Dr. Coleman and his team explained the procedure in advance and consistently throughout the process. His front office did a great job of explaining costs to me and the insurance company. The best part was that there were no surprises in process or costs.

Dr. Coleman and his staff are always professional and efficient during my visits. They are very accomodating with scheduling and I have always had a good experience there.

About Front Desk: They have always been great with scheduling and solvinng any billing questions, they are a well oiled machine.

Dr. Coleman always does a fantastic job with excellent customer service from him and the entire staff. This is the most comfortable dental office that I have ever been to. Everyone makes yoi feel like the most important customer of the day. Dr. Coleman is the best in Orlando. His accolades and decades long customer relationships prove that.

I have been coming to Dr. Coleman since I was a child. And now with a family of my own, there is no other Doctor I would trust to treat them, other than Dr. Coleman. They feel like our extended family and treat us as if we are returning home with great welcome each and every time. My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted 3 weeks ago. During her consultation she was able to address all her concerns, so much miss information out there. Her experience was more than great, due to following all her pre-op, and post-op instructions that were given. We Love and rely on Dr. Coleman and his entire staff to keep our Oral Health their priority. Thank you all!

About Front Desk: With no insurance, my family and I were offered Care Credit with several other financial options. They truly worked with us and put OUR needs first. No other office in the past made the effort to go above and beyond.

About Hygienist: Nicole is excellent, very thorough and gentle.

I have been seeing Dr. Coleman for almost 12 years and love the entire staff. He is a fantastic dentist and caring. I love my smile, and his work is amazing. My treatment has always been successful. The office does everything with insurance. I wouldn't change a thing!

About Front Desk: Nancy and Becky always greet me with a smile and are friendly and thorough. They go above and beyond with insurance and help.

About Hygienist: 5! Nicole - always on time - professional, gentle, thorough.
