I was very happy with my care in every aspect. Dr. Roberts is extremely professional, talented, caring, and sensitive to my dental needs. His chair-side manner is very pleasant and cheerful, which made me feel relaxed, not rushed. I could not ask for a better dentist. His office staff are great in every aspect from the time I arrived, until my visit was complete. The facility is top notch, state of the art, and meticulously clean! His attention to detail in his work ethics, is amazing. I am very happy with the results, and would definitely recommend others to this facility. I had xrays, a veneer, and a crown done. I also had my teeth cleaned. I also noticed that he and his staff are great with children, and the elderly, as well. If you are a new patient, make sure you fill out forms ahead of time, or arrive about 15 minutes early to do so. I did not have to wait too long, in the waiting room, before I was called in to have my work done. Parking is sufficient in the parking lot.

About Front Desk: The front desk was very courteous, professional and personable, from the time arrived until my session was complete. They are kind enough to call you, to remind you of your appointment date and time.

About Hygienist: I really liked the hygienist! She had a great personality, and gave service with a smile. She was efficient, and gave a attention to detail. My teeth look and feel great after the cleaning session. She was very helpful in explaining follow-up, of how to give the best care to my teeth, in the future.

Don't even waste your time and/or insurance. It's a how much can you spend bait and hook. File my insurance paperwork late then tried to charge me 1200.00.

Dr Roberts is a consumate professional. He knowa dentistry. His chairside manners is unbelievably fantastic. He brings comfort to his patients no matter who they are.Nice and comfotable facilities and customer friendly and knowlegeable staff. Although Roberts Family Dental does not participate in most dental plans office staff file claims on behalf of patients without hesitaion. Patients can even set up payment plans for their dental services. Dr Roberts is professionally friendly, always wears a beautiful smile that is contageous. I recommend him highly

Dr Roberts insisted I get have scaling done before I have the surface of my teeth cleaned. OK have deep into the gum cleaning before the surface. He cleaned 4 teeth for 525.00 refused to do anymore work until I bought a 125.00 tooth brush and a lot more unnecessary supplies. Refused to return my xrays I just went to another dentist.

He was absolutely fantastic, couldn't say enough good things about him or his practice. Best dental experience ever.

Root canal in wrong tooth, then made me PAY to get BOTH teeth done. Now Crowned tooth is problematic because of shoddy workmanship!

About Hygienist: Support staff is incredible, except they missed a HUGE hole in my tooth!

Dr. Roberts, is wonderful, awesome, great personality, great chair-side manner, great office staff. I drive over 30 minutes to get to his office and it is well worth it. I would recommend him to anyone. L. Hall

I have been a patient of Dr. Marc Roberts for over 10 years. He has a great practice, always on time, extremely personable personality. His staff is very professional and I have always left with a smile on my face, completely satisfied with the service. I live in Duluth, GA and travel approximately 30 miles to his office. But it is definitely worth the trip. I recommend him highly!
