This Dentist, Dr. Smith, is very rough and unsanitary. He took off his mask shortly after he started the procedure and his nose was running. He put the tool for the procedure on the counter next to my belongings several times instead of on a tray as other dentists would do. He got up and walked away several times and all I could see was the tool he left on the counter with his head flashlight. The dental assistant was just as rough and unsanitary as well. She did not know how to use the suction. How hard is it to put the tool near the saliva instead of stabbing your cheeks where no debris is? Dr. Smith is just an outright jerk who does not explain anything he is doing, is rude to his patients and extremely rough. I was in pain for almost two weeks. This place is supper expensive, unprofessional and not safe. Stay away!

I trusted dr smith to replace 4 upper front teeth with porcelain crowns,,,he never explained to me what to expect...i had to rely on the assistants to answer my questions...my porcelain crowns that I paid 3,600 $$ for are discolored and are mismatched....i am very dissapointed...i was expecting a new bright gleaming smile...all I got was DISSAPOINTED....dont walk from this so called dentist....RUN !!!
