I was impressed on my first teeth cleaning appointment. My crown did not fit properly. Instead of replacing the crown, Mr. Teets adjusted my bite by sanding the crown. Ultimately, the surface of my expensive crown was totally distorted. I would not return. This is an old man that should retire.

Dr. Teets did an oral cancer exam. He missed the large blue spot on the under side of my tongue. I had to tell him to check it. His response, " Oh, yes, there it is".
His insurance person is not very competent. My claim was to be mailed to Delta Dentla in California; instead it was sent to Delta in Georgia. I then received a bill from Dr. Teet's office for a crown that was not paid by Delta. I called to let them know they sent it to the wrong address and asked that it be re-sent to California. I had been going to his ofice for two years, you'd think they know where to send my claims.
Dr. Teets was rude to one of his employees, right in front of me. I find that unprofessional.
I now see Dr. Charles Hill; a far more competent dentist.

Dr Teets is an excellent Dentist I feel I can trust. He is very thorough in his explanation of treatment and is also very meticulous and quite the perfectionist...which is what I want in a Dentist! He also has a great referral network of specialists that are equally meticulous in their area of expertise. Hey, it's not on my list of favorite places to visit, so it better be excellent!! And that's why I keep coming back.

Never feel like just another patient at this practice. The dentist and his small staff know each patient well and they make you feel very at ease and welcomed. A great local dentist with solid experience and know how.

Have been a patient for 10 yrs. Was referred to Dr. Teets after relocating to Georgia with my job. Dr. Teets is extremely talented, very professional, takes great pride in his work and surrounds himself with very competent, friendly, and kind staff. I have received excellent treatment and extremely satisfied with all services; (regular appts. for dental hygiene and cleaning, several new and some replacement fillings, several crowns and teeth whitening). Even though "out of network" for my dental coverage, I absolutely "choose" to be a patient of Dr. Richard Teets !!
About Hygienist: Love, love, love hygienist, Elaine. I book my appts. far in advance for early a.m. appts. to stay on schedule with her availability. Elaine is excellent at her job, very professional and has a warm and friendly manner. I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned - how great is that !!!!!

My family loves Dr Teets! He and his staff always make us feel comfortable and at-ease. He is experienced and goes to a lot of effort to explain any treatments we might need. We never feel pressured to go ahead with treatments (especially aesthetic ones), and he does his best to make necessary procedures as painless as possible. I highly recommend his practice!

This dentist left a gaping hole in my mouth because he did not fashion the replacement tooth correctly and, all he could say was that, "it was the best he could do."
I have not been back to him since and would not recommend him to anyone else.
He treats his hygienists very poorly using off-comments to berate them, which he seems to enjoy.
About Hygienist: I would recommend the hygienists to anyone. They are very caring and supportive people. It's surprising, too, considering the atmosphere they were working in.

Dr. Teets has taken great care of me. I recently visited another dentist in the area because Dr. Teets was out of my network, I sadly made the wrong choice. After a bad cleaning and a bad set of fillings, I am now back with Dr. Teets. He recently repaired a crown on my front tooth and whitened my teeth. It was something that I broke when I was a child. Now my smile looks great. I can't complain and I will never leave his services again. He has great touch and his staff is wonderful. I will always recommend him to others.

Dr. Teets is so kind and compassionate. He genuinely cares about my health and well being. His work is excellent and his staff reflects his integrity and abilities. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my dental needs!
