She said my daughter had 4 cavities, filled one, & needed a root canal. Went to her regular dentist the next day and she took xrays and there are no cavities and my daughter would have been walking around with 3 extra filings in her mouth for NO REASON! This Dr. never even showed me the xrays. Numbed my daughter and her staff made a mistake and was sending us home with a referral before even performing work but numbing my daughters mouth. They also screen you before letting you back with your child which happen twice and It really upset me. NEVER AGAIN!!! I will be going up there tomorrow to ask to view xrays to make sure she didn't just drill a hole in my daughter baby tooth for Insurance Money.

Dr. Hill and her staff is very nice. But when it came to getting auth from the insurace company i had many problems. Dr. Hill explained to me that everytime her office has to submitt paperwork to the insurance company it cost her money, like stamps, telephone, electricity., and i was stunned. She implored me to call my insurance to get the procedure authorized or pay for it my selt. So i got all the codes and all the info and called my insurance company just to be told if the information that has been repeatedly requested from the office had been submitted the auth would have been done. So i got a fax number where the info could be faxed to the insurance company, called the office to relay the information......still waiting 4months later for a reply. I am very disappointed in the way the entire matter was treated, i didn't want to chage dentist after finally finding in office that i was comfortable with but it turns out i was just another $$$$$$$.
