My family has been going to Dr Hartwig for 20 yrs. her staff ;as well as Dhartwig are very professional they always make you feel comfortable

I have visited Dr. Hartwig 4 times for cleanings and a crown. I have found her to be very competent in her work and she looks for alternative ways to treat the same problem all the while keeping in mind the costs of each procedure. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly she accomplished the work on my temporary crown and permanent crown. It was not an unpleasant experience. I have and would recommend her to anybody.
About Front Desk: The front desk staff are friendly and make you feel as much like being at home as possible.
About Hygienist: The Hygienists have been thorough and pleasant. I imagine it not easy cleaning teeth and remaining upbeat at the same time, but I've had two different hygienist and both have been extremely pleasant

Rude dentist. She laughed while working on my teeth.
She laughed when my husband said that he needed a second job to be able to afford the Dr. Hartwig's recommendation about implants. She insulted me the way this dentist laugh when working with me. Rude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She did a root canal and didn't cover the tooth properly that i can smell it. Now i am hesitant to see another dentist because of my 2 different dentist previous experiences.

I have been seeing Dr. Hartwig since I move to Warner Robins in 1995. I love going into her office. Every one is extremely friendly and I am always in and out quickly. I would and have recommended her to others.

Dr. Hartwig is very personable and cares for each of her patients, my dental work was painless, she is very gentle. No waiting and great with children. Great staff! love Debbie, her hygienist who has been with her for years. You will not be disappointed.
