I was told that I needed a re-do of a procedure that had been done by another endodontis 3 years before. When I went for a second opinion, I was told that there was no problem with that tooth and I chose not to go ahead with what he recommended. Well, it is now years later and my tooth is still fine. Obviously, he was wrong. When asked why he wanted me to have a procedure that I obviously did not need, I was told that there was a "shadow" on the X-ray, which lead him to believe I needed work done on it. He should have taken another X-ray to be sure. They cannot be trusted.

literally no pain! I was so afraid of getting a root Cana, I put it off forever - it was seamless. The staff was great. Dr. Nagels initial injections didn't even hurt. Root canal was seamless. Dr. Nagel put me at ease, pain is gone and he even did great follow up

Terrible, screwed up and refused to fix mistakes. I had a root canal and it was re-done 3 times and at the end I was left with an infection in the root of the tooth.

About Front Desk: charged me for an appointment even though the doctor screwed up

I have had two root canals with Dr. Nagel. Each procedure was pain and stree for. Also Dr Nagel takes the time to answer all questions and the staff is super nice. They have tvs in each room and the chairs are very comfortable.

I had a cyst beneath my rout canal. A rout canal re-treatment was the first remedy. If that failed a surgery was needed. Dr Gregg Nagel re-treated the rout canal. Now, after 6 months the, after visiting the office the cyst is almost healed. Dr Nagel is very honest and capable. Facilities are great with Tempurpedic seats.

No offense but I do not like dentists. Dr. Nagel's whole office made me feel quite comfortable. Dr. Nagel is still in the process of completing my treatments. So far we have done a root canal and tried to close it. He has kept my pain at a dull roar. He is very sympathetic to my needs and anxiety. His professionalism is outstanding! I would recommend him and his staff to everyone that fears dental work! They are awesome!

I had never had a root canal before and I thought it was going to be an awful experience. Dr Nagel made this procedure virtually painless. His office was pleasant and efficient. Some people may perceive the busy environment as a negative, but I am the kind of person who won't eat in an empty restaurant. I would recommend Dr Nagel to anyone in the Boston area in need of an endodontist.
