There is a list of errors and mistakes my current dentist found - but the one currently causing a lot of pain is a bad root canal he did. He didn't take the roots all of the way out - which is why I am scheduled for a $1200 re-work on the filling that has become infected. Earlier I had to replace an $850 crown he put on improperly only five years ago (wrong slope on the margin) that had begun to decay (due to his construction).
