Been working on my teeth and I am always told they are fine! Only have 8 left on the bottom and after 5 years of this saw another dentist and I am having a bottom full plate made because his treatment was so bad and I do not have tons of money to fix them!

I went to this dentist for 8 years only to finally have to open a legal investigation into his practice to the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. His refusal to provide my dental records to me since he wanted to "talk to me" about leaving his practice was illegal and obviously quite unprofessional. Thankfully, when the investigator for the State of Illinois contacted Orticelli, my records where finally released. The investigator also informed me that this is officially in the records for the state on Orticelli.
About Front Desk: Orticelli has a terrbile front desk staff person named Beverly that is painfully passive/agressive. Very rude. The rest of the staff was always welcoming and friendly.
About Hygienist: The hygieniest is actually Orticelli's wife who goes under a different last name. ???

Had a regular check up and cleaning, much better then past dentists I have seen. Nice people working there and knowledgeable. Insurance paid for everything so price seemed fine.

Dr. Orticelli and his staff are competent and friendly. They stress preventative care and encourage patients to floss and brush, send out appointment reminders and make a visit relatively painless and stress free. The doctor did a repair on a chipped front tooth which looks completely natural.
