I was not impressed with facilities, procedures or doctor, to say the least. Doc. Bandura never introduced herself. She performed examination and cleaning. There was no hygienist. I got the fastest, least thorough examination and cleaning Ive ever had. No x-rays, no gum measurement, she didn't even touch one of my teeth with explorer, just used mouth mirror. As for the cleaning, my teeth got power sprayed and brushed with paste mostly on the outside of the teeth. The paste was spraying all over. She didn't get to inside or top of my teeth. Then I was told to swish mouth wash in my mouth. That was the end of the cleaning! No flossing, no free brush ether. All cleaning took about 3-5 min. When I asked about a tooth that concerned me, she couldn't see anything wrong with it. I was in and out in less than 15 min, paper work, exam and cleaning. I got one forced 1/2 second smile from front desk girl when I was leaving. I can understand why waiting room was empty. I'm not going back to this dentist, nor would I recommend Dr. Bandura.

She is a nice lady and a good doctor. She is the only doctor in her office and sometimes it is difficult to reschedule an appointment or have procedures on time. Her facilities are average. The cost is also in the middle range of most doctors in Chicago. Her front desk is very informative about insurance and billing. In general, I will recommend her to anybody.
