I have been seeing Dr. Baukol for 0ver 3 years referred by my medical doctor. I have been so blessed to have a dentist that care so much and passionate on what he does. I have been recommending friends and colleagues and they have been so thankful. The office is so clean and welcoming and friendly staff.

Dr. Baukol and his entire staff are top notch. I would say he's the best dentist I've ever had. He was the first referral I got when I moved to Chicago and I have had crowns, cleaning and have Never had one issue with any work done. This office is clean, fun, friendly and awesome. Dr Baukol has my total loyalty which he has earned by his passion and love for what he does. 5 stars to his wonderful staff !!

great doc,,,i'm on my4th implant and many crowns and filling,,, also have been treated well by all staff and associates.I would recommend him especially for a senior....he cares about your smile and health too

I have been a patient of Dr. Baukol referred by a friend. If there is anything I can describe Dr. Baukol, he has great demeanor, he is patient and he treats you like an old friend. He took his time on my first dental visit to get to know me and get to know him as well and he made me feel at home and welcome. Thank you Dr. Dave for making my beautiful smile and make me feel confident on my self again, being in sales in really gave a boost on my career.

I couldn't recommend a better dentist! If a bridge that covers 4 teeth can last nearly twenty years; and 4 fillings still remain intact; while other fillings and bridge-work by another dentist in Massachusetts fell apart in less than 2 years; then this should speak volumes for the work that Dr. Baukol has been doing for years. He was my dentist for 5+years (1990-1995), up until I moved away. Unfortunately, other dental work had to be done on many other teeth throughout the years due to periodontal issues; and I have been totally lost w/o Dr. Baukol as my dentist. It's now 15 years later, and I was recently told (by a new dentist) that I have to have all of my upper teeth removed (none from which Dr. Baukol worked on) due to gumline cavities; bad root canals; and very poor dental work on several teeth by 2 other dentists! I have been in tears many a'times since receiving this news, and am contemplating on flying back to Chicago to consult w/ Dr. Baukol for his expert opinion ... even after all this time! Dr. Baukol was gentle; communicative; humorous; and very attentive to detail. I highly recommend Dr. Baukol any day over any other dentist in the USA!

About Hygienist: Dr. Baukol had a couple of Hygienists during and since my visits. My exerience with each was superb! I couldn't get that kind of caring treatment from my own best friend! They genuinely cared about you as a person; were very cooperative w/Dr. Baukol, and paid close attention to detail. I always left the office with a smile on my face! :)

Dr. Baukol is the worst dentist I have ever met in my entire life now I am 52 my insurance had reffed him to me about 10 years ago each time I visited Dr. Baukol in the mid or late 90's it was a nightmare. The only thing that Dr. Baukol had in his mine was money I still have a beautiful set of teeth but Dr. Baukoll wanted to sell me porcelain veneers for $2,600. on 2/6/01 (still have the written estimate from him), when I refused it in several visits he got mad he decided to take his will and grind my front upper teeth and after that he gave me the mirror to look at them, I could not believe to my own eyes he literally ground chipped the edges of my two front upper teeth I asked why he did that and asked again if he was O.K. he laughed and the he said now I might need the Veneers immediately Dr David Baukol started restoring them as a result my teeth got little shorter this was the last draw of Dr. David Baukol in February of 2001. I would not refer Dr. Baukol.

I love Dr Baukol and his team...the office manager, the hygenist, etc. He TOTALLY believes in asking you questions, listening toyour answers, and offering alternatives. He is sensitive to cost and offers quality. There are wonderful paintings in the office. Follow up, appointments, billing, are all managed well. I came to the Dr very unhappy about dentists - I have been ripped off plenty of times and did not even know it. I was so sensitive physically to any treatments. The treatment plan addressed my gum disease and I now see the office for quarterly treament. We have a short term and long term plan. Even if I move out of town, i will keep him as my DDS.

About Hygienist: Professional, thorough, sensitive to my needs..I don't have to wear earplugs anymore...I completely trust her!
