Dr. Bonanno takes care of my entire family. He and his team are terrific. I totally trust him. He's not an alarmist. He explains what he's doing and why he's doing it. His treatment recommendations are sensible. He doesn't take advantage at all. And he's totally charming to boot. His staff takes care of all the insurance paperwork and I receive my reimbursements quickly.
About Hygienist: His hygienists are great. I feel very well taken care of. And they don't scold me for being a less than perfect flosser.

I have been seeing Dr. Bonanno for the past 12 years and along with his staff I have had the BEST experience that you could ever hope for at a dentist office. He uses a professional and friendly chair-side manner to comfort, relax and inform you during your procedures. Even with his full day and busy schedule I had an emergency visit and I was in his chair within the hour. A wonderful top-notch office in the heart of Lincoln Park.
About Hygienist: The hygienist is a crucial part of any dentist office and Dr. Bonnano works with the BEST. The only two that I have used in the past 12 years are both so very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They are just the icing on the cake. (NOT too much cake though)

I come all the way from Arkansas to see this guy. He's good and the staff follows his lead.
Hygienists are excellent too. Just the right amount of guilt with comfortable and excellent services.

Dr. Bonanno is great. He is a pleasure to talk to and knows what he's talking about. The best hygenist in the office is Cheryl, the receptionist is unpleasent but once you get into the office, it's great!

My family recommended Dr. Bonanno to me when I moved here from Denver. He has been their dentist for many, many years. I am used to excellent dental care, which is precisely what I receive from Dr. Bonanno and his staff. Everyone is very pleasant, helpful, professional and very good at what they do. They are all committed to making your visit painfree. The procedures I have had so far include a thorough cleaning and a new crown - I had massive decay under a crown over an old root canal. I totally trust him. I think his prices are reasonable. The building he's in not high style, but don't be put off by that. There's parking in the back of the building and his office is also close to the Fullerton stop on the Red Line. I heartily recommend him.

I love Dr. Bonanno. I have had horrible experiences with dentists in the past, but Dr. Bonanno is so patient and gentle. I don't mind that I have to go to the dentist anymore, I actually enjoy it. Dr. Bonanno and his team are amazing. Highly recommended.

Great service, low pain. Unfortunately he's not PDP dentist on ANY network.

Dr.Bonanno is the best. The personal attention I received was caring and refreshing. He listened to my needs and made me feel safe. Better still, he is a conservative dentist who will not sell you something that you don't need. He is clearly an experienced dentist who gave me back my confidence and my smile.
