This dentist is a complete fraud. Anyone who has written a positive review of her must not have yet learned that she has probably misdiagnosed and overcharged them. Her office manager was kind initially but then she and Dr. Brown would use scare tactics about teeth falling out if you didn't pay more to get the more expensive cleaning. Any search of Dr. Brown will reveal that many people have been scammed by her. Don't let yourself be one of them.

I just want to say thank you to Dr. Sheila Brown for being a compansionate human being. She came through for my son when he was in extreme pain and couldn't get help elsewhere. Thank you Dr. Brown for your help and compansion.

I needed some emergency work and these guys were able to get me in right away. Dr. Brown and EVERYONE in the office were very kind and put me at ease right away - Thank you for being AWESOME! The fastest and most prompt service. Very friendly, took time to get to know me. I will end up going back for some more work that is needed, but next time I go back i know what to expect and I wont be anxious at all!
Getting to the office was very easy...it's very close to the redline and right off of Lakeshore Drive. They also have state of the art equipment so the x-rays instantaneously show up on the computer monitor next to the dental assistant. The dental assistant was also very friendly and comforting. I def recommend this office to ANYONE that may need work or a simple cleaning.

I am absolutely pleased with the services of Dr. Brown. She is very friendly, yet professional.
The atmosphere is very relaxing and Dr. Brown and her staff take great care in comforting the patients.
I have referred several people to Dr. Brown. I highly recommend her!!!
About Hygienist: Absolutely wonderful!!! The entire staff is wonderful.

I called to make an appointment with doctor Sheila Brown, simply because I saw her on channel 7 healthbeat, I first talked with a young lady who was very friendly, but I didn't have all the information she needed so I told her I would call her back, when I called back I got an older woman named sherry who was very unfriendly, uninterested, and seemed to have a chip on her shoulder, she asked me if I had a problem with her and I told her I felt she was very unfriendly, at which time she became very confrontational, I explained to her that I would prefer talking with the younger lady that I had talked to previous, when she informed me that she was the office manager and that any information that the other younger lady would obtain would have to go through her, and that she had been there for several years, so needless to say I canceled my appointment, and will never call again, this was a very unpleasant experience with one of the dentist employee. Mrs. McMillian I really did want to see the dentist , and I have nothing bad to say about the dentist only the woman named sherry. jaguarcindy@ameritech.net. Online appoinments never again.

Doctor Brown is wonderful and does great work.! It is a pleasure to have had the opportunity to know her.
I moved and now have another dentist that saw her work and let me know that she had done a beautiful job on a filling that could have been done badly somewhere else. Her work is beautiful!
