Doctors care about their patients, help them with their problems, not Dr. Chan. Dr. Chan cares only about money and more money without even providing any services. I was unfortunate enough to meet him and ask for help. I had my front tooth broken and needed immediate help. Instead, he just wasted my time by having to wait me for hours in his waiting area, charging me $300 just to get my money, and insisting on putting crowns on my other teeth, which I did not need at that time. I requested my money back, but he sent me only $39 (reimbursement from my insurance). And after all this, he sends me his promotional emails.
Please stay away from this business!

Dr. Chan is an amazing dentist and I'm fortunate to have found him at just the right time. He transformed another dentists' mistakes into a smile I am happy to have
back. My appointments are scheduled for every 6 months and a staff who calls to remind me of my appointment.

One of the best dentists you could ever find. Somehow, it is so difficult to find a dentist who can be trusted with and whose services you can be satisfy with. I have had some real bad experience over the years and I feel fortunate that I got to know Dr. Chan and I am able to use his services.

Patient for 10 years. several fillings and a beautiful crown in the front. Outstanding hygienist (Chip) that kept after me about care and finally found the right combo of care that works for me. I left Chicago two years ago and have yet to find a comparable dentist. I am considering flying back to see him to do a new crown for an implant I am getting soon and to see the best Hygienist in the world. No problems with insurance and billing issues. Front desk staff is accomadating. Only complaint is that he doesn't like to use nitrous but the pain was minimal.

I have been using Dr. Alexander Chan for more than 10 years. I have moved to different locations around the country and fly back to Chicago just to receive care from this outstanding provider. I have had crowns, temporary and permanent partials under Dr. Chan's care. He is professional, kind, caring, and attends closely to his clients' needs and concerns. Dr. Chan's work is impeccable. As a health provider myself, it is a pure delight to be able to say such wonderful yet truthful things about my own dental provider. You can be confident in his service.
