Very primitive office and staff, not very updated. No knowledge of insurance. Staff was rude and Dr. Davis is also rude and very strange. On the upside, you'll have no problem getting an appointment!
About Front Desk: I visited 3 dentist with my current dental insurance policy and this office staff was the only one that could not submit the claim. None of the other dentist/oral surgeons had any problem. Very incompetent.

About Hygienist: No Hygienist, He does all his own "work". Very sloppy work.
