Dr. Parzakonis was my dentist throughout my childhood. I saw him 1-2 times each year for regular cleaning and flouride, from approximately 1972 -1985. He was a nice person, professional and seemed to take care of my teeth well (I never had a cavity). I was a very compliant patient and a fairly social person, so I can't speak to his abilities for treating dental problems or difficult patients. I don't know if he is still in practice.
