Dr. Chah had been my dentist for years. I never had problems with waiting for other customers to have their procedures finished. (Might have to do with coming early)

About Front Desk: Your front desk staff gets 0 stars. WHY? 1) Last year I came in for cleaning. I hurt my leg before that and gained weight. I walk in and she says, "Oh my ######, your so fat what happened?" ***Maybe because in Korean culture its okay to say rude stuff to the younger generation, she doesn't seem to think about what she is about to say. But that doesn't make it ok. *** 2) Today 10/13/2016 I call to initially reschedule my appointment with Dr Chah at his Golf Mill Center #925 office. The appointment was for tomorrow 10/14/2016. I asked the same front desk receptionist if I can reschedule. She slides in a complaint that she called in this morning to confirm my appointment and I did not answer my phone. I tell her sorry and she just goes on as if nothing happened. As I try to reschedule I realize I don't ever want to hear her voice. So I decided to cancel my appointment and never come here ever again.

My Experience: Exam & Consultation, X-Rays

I know this doctor: I get cleaning yearly(or bi-yearly), had 1 or 2 root canals done here and 2 wisdom teeth pulled.

Excellent dentist. He is pleasant, polite and does not urge unnecessary treatment. He also does the cleaning himself. I highly recommend him.

Very pleasant, explains options, I trust him. As far as cost he is in my insurer network so only copays.

I had been to a lot of dentist before and it always turn out to be a disaster in billing, treatment and they never listen to the patient needs first. I actually pick him out from a insurance listing book and took a chance on having him as my primary dentist. When the first time I came for a check up I was very please with the facility it was clean and he plays classical music to help you think your in a spa treatment. I never felt the injection and did not even know that my wisdom tooth was out without using any force. Dr. Chah is very friendly and nice to everyone and he actually remember your name without looking at your chart. Untill now I continue to see him and I recommended him to my family, friends and colleage.

About Hygienist: The office is clean and everyone is very nice.

Great chair-side manners. Office help isn't very strong with English, but the doctor is and there are no problems with English. He's gentle, explains what he's doing and fits in emergencies promptly.
