Dr Haglund and his staff were outstanding from the first moment I walked in the door needing a root canal until the day I walked out with the procedure completed. Needless to say, I was terrified of having this procedure done with all the horror stories I heard from my friends who had also had root canals. With the first visit where Dr Haglund showed me my tooth via film and explained in detail what to expect, he started to ease my fears. From the time he started until finished, I was comfortable and felt very much at ease as he worked on my tooth. With music playing, he continued to talk with me to keep my mind off the procedure itself. What impressed me the most was when he text me at home to find out how my tooth was doing and was I OK. I have been telling people/family about him and the appreciation I have for him and his talent with his job and with people; he is an outstanding dentist.

Dr. Haglund and staff are the best! First time I have ever received a text after a procudere checking to see how I am doing. I had absolutely no pain, even after the numbness wore off. My cost after insurance was less than I expected and less than I had paid for a root canal in another state.

He was very nice, professional and so was his office staff. His staff called the next day to see how I was doing after the root canal.

I was willing to suffer the pain of root canal recovery just to be done with a nagging toothache. Now I wished I had gone to see Dr. Haglund sooner. I had only minor discomfort, similar to a filling, for a couple of days following the root canal. I attribute the pain-free recovery to Dr. Haglund's most up-to-date equipment and even more so to his skill and care and that of his staff.

I had a re-construction of a root canal done. Dr. Haglund was very friendly, helpful and made me feel relaxed. Highly recommended!!! His assistant was very nice and helpful too. They ask you what type of music you like and put it on Pandora for you. :)

I had a root canal procedure at Dr. Haglund's office yesterday. The entire office staff was polite, accommodating, and professional. Dr. Haglund saw me on short notice, took the time to explain the procedure, and completed the root canal in a short time. A painless (literal and figurative) process and a great team. He even followed up with a text message to check on me that evening.

Dr. Haglund has performed three root canals for me. Outstanding endodontist with a better than excellent chairside manner. The practice is wonderful - all the employees deliver excellent customer service, the facility is outstanding. He is located at 150 Professional Park Drive in Mooresville, NC. The practice name is Lake Norman Endodontics. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Haglund took all of the worry and anxiety out of my root canal. His energy, passion, and care for his patients is evident in everything he and his assistants do to resolve problems and end pain. I like his patient education methodology and his genuine interest in patients as individuals with unique situations. Dr. Haglund has excellent native intelligence about his profession and exhibits a deep level of knowledge coupled with a winning "chairside manner". I wish he were my regular dentist, but who wants a root canal every 6 months!

I had a difficult root canal over a crown. I also had a bad infection. Dr. Hagland was very professional with state of the art equipment. There was no pain even after the novacain wore off. I had pain killer standing by but never used it. The next morning, it felt like nothing had happened. It was a truely amazing experience. There is no question that if I ever need another root canal, I will go to Dr. Haglund. He even sent me a text message that night to see how I was doing.
