Dr. Unti has excellent qualifications and his office is really nice. He appears to be very knowledgeable. They also have 8am appointments, which is nice for balancing the work day. The only issue is his office staff and billing policy. I've been to his office for two visits, and both times a "temp" hygenist did my cleaning. I also didn't get the impression they really wanted to get to know me or were taking an interest in me. Rather they suggested a lot of recommended procedures, some preventative and some restorative. I feel like I have to double check what they are doing. They require 100% payment upfront from you to them, and then have you deal with the insurance company to get your reimbursement. And both times I've had a claim the insurance check went to the office, and I then had to wait even longer to get my reimbursement check. My issues with this office are not because of the caliber or talent of the dentist but rather the office and billing issues. Maybee you'll have better luck then me!
