Dr Fatland....is that his name because after 6 appointments he never introduced himself. It was like I was a car that he came to work on. I came to get a cleaning and the hygienist is good and talks to you about what you want but when I got a crown done all I asked is that it looks better than before. So the day I get the crown what do I get........that's right a piece of garbage that looks the same if not worse than what it was. I even called multiple time to make sure that it wasn't going to look like a baby tooth.....but no communication between staff. When I told Dr Fatland that this is not what I discussed with the hygienist he didn't seem to care he gave me a lame excuse and left the room. Never going back there, what a waste of time and money

His staff wouldn't let us back when our son was treated. He is six. Why can't parents go back? Clearly they are hiding something.
About Hygienist: Rude. She spoke to me like a child. When I asked why I couldn't go back she said, "It's our policy. If you don't like it, you don't have to have treatement here."

I had a tooth break. He got me out of pain right away. And he was very nice and plesant. DID NOT HURT!

I had a filling done by Dr. Hewitt which fell out a year later.
He also put in an analgam [silver mercury filling] without advising me of that or offering a resin [white] filling.Their billing/customer service is great. They have itimized receipts showing each procedure and how much it cost. They even sent me a check in the mail - a refund after they overcharged me by mistake.
