Dr. Rebecca Hausten has provided outstanding professional dental services to our family since she opened her office more than 25 years ago. She promotes preventative care, so that your teeth, gums, and mouth stay healthy. Her diagnostic skills are excellent, as she asks questions and listens to your answers, and conducts a thorough examination and then shares her findings with you. She carefully outlines treatment options, and lets the patient make an informed decision which she respects. When a referral to a dental specialist is needed, she only refers patients to other outstanding professionals. She links with these professionals before a specialized treatment or procedure is started, and she follows up afterwards, to ensure your proper treatment and satisfaction with the specialist. She has a wonderful interpersonal style that relaxes you and makes the visits pleasant. We give her the highest level of recommendation.
About Front Desk: Very courteous and helpful. Calls with appointment reminders. They file the insurance claim for you. Very helpful on the phone. Excellent response time for after-hours question.
