About Front Desk: Dr. Engelman is not bad, but his assistant is horrible! she is nice on face, but does not real help you. I asked her to file claim to my insurance, after a while, I did not receive reimbursement. I called the Humana dental insurance, they said they have never received the claim. I called her, she said to file again. I repeated the insurance address to make sure she has a right place to file. Did she file the first time? I doubt it. One months passed, I called my insurance again, they still did not receive the claim. I called the receptionist who is the dental assistant, she said to file again. After one more month, I called my insurance again. They still did not have any claim sent by this office. OK I was tired to call her again and filed myself. Should a dental office treat patient's bill in such abusive way? I called again and again, they just did not do the job! For this reason, I would never walk in that door!
