I called to make an apt w/the doctor, to have a root canal done, I gave the ins card; no one informed me of the cost or procedure until afterwards, costing me $1174 out of pocket since he's out of network for me. 'and how much it would cover.
I told them my situation, but I guess money is more important that someone's pain.
About Front Desk: Idiots! I called to inform them I was in traffic that I will be late, since I we weren't moving, like a "parking lot" in turn the receptionist said, "yes we have a parking lot"; never asked for my name, service.. poor service

It gives me great pleasure to share my impression of Dr. Weinberg's dental practice. He came highly recommended by my dentist. His staff is pleasant and accommodating and Dr. Weinberg's outstanding professionalism speaks for itself.
My exams and procedures are quick and thorough. His office makes follow up calls to make sure that I am comfortable. I can always rest assured that I am in good hands as Dr. Weinberg's patient!
