Would NOT recommend. Misdiagnosed and made excuses that he was unaware of prior work that had been done, although he was the one that did the referral for the work. He also did the crown after the work and the resulting continued treatment. All of the prior work was noted in the files and discussed several times, including just a few minutes prior to the diagnosis. Worst experience with novacaine administration EVER that resulted in nerve shocks shooting up through the sinus. This had NEVER occurred with any other dentist, but did occur several times with this dentist. Repeated follow up visits required due to work needing to be adjusted. Preventive measures were not taken or recommended in the treatment plan which would have avoided several problems and the need for additional work. See another dentist if your health and money are important to you.
About Front Desk: Fake smiles and personalities, very phony. Helpful with scheduling. Does not process refunds on credits when insurance filings are complete. Held excessive amounts on account without notifying that they were holding funds and after several demands for a refund over the course of a year, it was still never refunded and had to be resolved through exhausting the credit with other work over a year later. Repeated requests to refund balances going forward were ignored as well.

About Hygienist: Frequently slips and nicks your gums causing pain and cuts to the gums.

wonderful office & staff. having been dental phobic, they were very understanding & accomodating to ensure my comfort and ease. Dr Hardin was very committed to ensuring my experience was the best if could be and followed up with me the next day to ensure my treatment was a success.
