dr.heller is an outstanding man, he is very personable, honest and courteous, his wife on the other hand is very rude, pushy, not professional at all and does not listen to the patients. she called me 6 times in a month to collect a 75 dollar bill, I explained the 2 front teeth that they filled were discolored and she was supposed to return my call about it, never did. she just wanted to call to. collect money.

About Front Desk: not professional, the docs wife is very pushy, not concerned with patient care.

Dr. Heller DDS is my recommendation to anyone needing dental work. He has exceptional chair-side manner. He is not to busy to ask how you are doing and after not seeing me or my family in 19years he still remembered us and that in itself is awesome.

About Front Desk: The ladies at the front desk are nice and personable.

About Hygienist: Alice Kaufman, LDH was very knowledgeable and helpful. She did not leave me with questions and because she is very thorough in her work my teeth are clean and healthier.

He is very personable and professional. He has the most gentle touch for a dentist & is very knowledgeable to what's happening in the neighborhood

About Hygienist: FIVE STAR....Alice aka Alison Wonderland is one of the best Hygienist I have ever had work on my mouth. Soft, gentle & no pain...thus, the name Alison Wonderland - my visit yesterday was a complete joy. Outside of the need for two fillings:)

Dr. Heller did irreparable damage by placing the wrong type of crowns on my two front teeth. They looked great, but they broke off less than three months after placement and resulted in serious long-term issues when he tried to repair them. Due to his errors, I have had two surgeries and three sets of crowns in an effort to save my front teeth. This week, one tooth finally succumbed to the damage and I had to have it extracted (I will now have to have an implant there). I've spent thousands of dollars and have gone through considerable pain and lots of tears trying to fix what Dr. Heller broke. He's a perfectly fine general dentist and a nice enough guy. But don't let him do anything more complicated than a cleaning or a cavity fill.

Dr. Heller is a great dentist. Takes his time, does a good job. If he feels it is not right, he makes sure to make it right. I would recommend him to anyone needing a Great Dentist.
