I just can't say enough good about Dr. Stevenson and his staff. They are all extremely friendly and competent. I have a 3 year old daughter who loves him. She first went when she was 2 and I was very impressed with her treatment. She needed a filling and I was nervous about taking her to anyone, but she did great with them- no screaming, no crying, & she actually enjoyed herself. All the work they have done on my, and my husband's teeth has been great too.
In addition to the wonderful dental work, I am also very happy about their billing and claims processing. Mary has bent over backwards to get things right when some of my claims were processed incorrectly by my insurance. She never got defensive or snippy, or told me that it was my responsibility to sort things out. She took care of everything herself and made it all perfect.
The only reason why I didn't give 4 stars for cost is because I don't think any dental work is cheap, and if it is, you are probably getting sub-par work. An adult routine cleaning was $95 and my daughter's was $100 including the fluoride. Of course with insurance, it's less.
I've been to 3 different dentists in Indy, and I am done shopping around. There is no better dentist for my family.

Dr. Stephenson helped me get some adequate dental care but he also helped me with some canker sores that had appeared in my mouth due to work related stress. He explained what they were and told me how he could make them go away. He then did this as an extra feature of my exam and I was on my way! I feel he is a very pleasant dentist and that he is very good at what he does overall! I also had a cavity or two repaired when I was at his place in addition to the tooth cleaning and they scheduled this pretty easily for me.
