Dr. Goodiss seems very knowledgeable and skilled and his facility is top notch. He's very friendly in a professional manner. My only issue is the amount of time he spent with me. After the initial introduction, he began the process. Once I was numb, he went to work and never really spoke. Once he was done he got up and started to walk out. I had to stop him just to ask a couple of questions which he barely answered as he was rushing out the door. During the procedure he never once asked how I was doing or explained anything. It was in and out....like being at Jiffy Lube.

About Front Desk: The front desk staff was okay. Not the friendliest but...okay.

He saved my tooth with a failed root canal (which was done years ago by another dentist). In the past I lost a tooth because a orthodontist said to pull it. I'm so happy to that he saved my tooth.

IF I could give him a zero I would. His shoddy work sent me to the hospital for 8 days. Had to have 2 surgeries to clean up his mess.

I've been having pain for almost a year and already had two root canals, and the pain was still there. Dr Goodis only spent a few moments with me and told me I needed yet another root canal. I tried to talk with him about my options and why he felt that way, and he talked over me and ended the conversation abruptly with "we can do it today or not, your choice" and left the room. This was definitely not me being stupid or rude, this was him being rude. I didn't feel comfortable with his diagnosis and have seen two other specialist and both agreed that I didn't need a root canal. Several months later I have found out that my pain was caused by the nerves in my face, not tooth pain. Dr Goodis was the only Endodontist that didn't recognize this. I think he is horrible and would never ever recommend him to anyone. He wanted to just keep drilling in my teeth and giving me root canals until the pain stopped which would have done nothing for my pain. I can't say enough bad things about my experience. He also said that I had decay in the one tooth in particular that he wanted to root canal, and two specialist disagree that there is nothing wrong with that tooth.

About Front Desk: They were nice, it helps that I was pregnant. Everyone is nice to the pregnant chick. Though they were a little confusing.

Dr. Goodis did a superb job on my root canal. My regular dentist oohed and aahed over the post procedure x-ray. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The office is tastefully decorated in a soothing asian zen style. I was completely comfortable, and Dr. Goodis was kind and gentle. He told me it was his job to make my root canal pain-free and to keep me comfortable. He stopped several times to ask how I was and if I needed anything. I was very impressed.

He kept talking over me and even offended me. If he wants patients I don't understand why he would treat patients that way. His employees look miserable and I feel bad that they have to see his face when they go in to work. That guy totally caught me off guard with his short responses and failure to explain anything to me or listen. I never want to see him again or be in his office. IF you decide to go, don't let him catch you off guard. Catch him off guard and see if he likes it. The only good thing I saw was the office's beautiful landscaping and calm, relaxing music as well as very comfortable couches.
