I've been trying to get a root canal done since October 2015. Every time on the day of my procedure, one of the uneducated receptionist will call to advise the doctor is not feeling well, after waiting weeks for the appointment. Unapologetic, they will speak to you as if you rescheduled several times. Never seen the Specialist I had to end up changing.
About Front Desk: Gave one star only because I there was no other option.

He is the most arrogant practitioner I have ever known. He rushes and I he did not do the root canal properly. I had to go elsewhere in order to have the procedure repeated

I had an appointment in this office on 1/8 and because the receptionist confirmed the incorrect appointment time only half of the procedure was completed. An appointment was made to complete the procedure on 1/23(earliest appt. aparently) this appointment was cancelled by the office and rescheduled for 1/30. Much to my dismay this appointment was cancelled and resheduled for 2/6. My root canal has been half done since 1/8 and each time that they had to reschedule from their own mistake the receptionist was extreamly RUDE (Please understand that the service has been paid for since my initial encounter)! Customer service is lacking and patient compassion never exsisted. The doctor does his job well, however his receptionists can use an etiquette class on customer service. I would not recommend this doctor simply due to the lack of customer service from his support staff.
